Financial Consolidation Specialist

Your Role: We're seeking an experienced Financial Consolidation Specialist to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be conducting monthly financial reviews of 10 subsidiaries, preparing consolidated financial statements, and overseeing the group chart of accounts.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough financial reviews of various subsidiaries to ensure accurate data and compliance with IFRS guidelines
  • Prepare high-quality group financial statements that meet the company's standards
  • Manage and maintain the group chart of accounts to ensure it's up-to-date and accurate
  • Support the preparation of dividend resolutions and participate in individual consolidation steps
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of monthly Tagetik guideline updates

Requirements:

  • University degree in business administration or finance
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position or internship, preferably in a multinational company
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good communication skills and fluency in German and English (C-Level)
