Our Journey

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to help us scale our performance reporting, working closely with our centralised finance team located in Vienna.

Your Role
  • You will ensure the financial success of our operations by monitoring and analyzing financial performance, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations to optimise financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Finance Director and department heads to develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards and reporting systems.
  • Monitor and analyze key financial and operational performance indicators to inform management decisions.
  • Develop and implement robust finance processes and policies that align with our evolving needs as a rapidly growing business.
  • Actively communicate key risks and opportunities, proposing new approaches.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop plans for maximizing profitability, reducing costs, and increasing revenue.
Your Profile
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in finance, with a background working with dedicated FP&A teams in corporates or consulting environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business planning, financial planning (forecasting/budgeting), and analysis.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of creating clear presentations and conveying complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
