About the Role

We are seeking an IT Governance Specialist Intern to join our dynamic team at ERSTE Asset Management. As an intern, you will work closely with our Head of IT and project teams on various tasks, including contributing to the implementation of the DORA project, standardizing IT delivery processes, and preparing IT governance documents.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT governance, work with a wide range of technologies and business processes, and learn from our experienced team members.

Your Background
  • You are an enrolled master student with an ongoing program at a university (University / FH)
  • You have a solid IT background, such as a Bachelor of Business Informatics
  • You are interested in gaining a deeper understanding of Asset & Wealth Management business
  • You possess strong analytical thinking and the ability to think outside the box
  • You have excellent Microsoft Office skills, with SQL being a plus
  • You can coordinate different tasks and smaller initiatives effectively
  • You have strong communication skills and can adapt quickly to new challenges
  • You are passionate about teamwork and continuous learning
  • You are fluent in English, with German being a plus
