IT Governance Internship Opportunity

Erste Asset Management is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our IT Governance team in implementing the DORA project. As an intern, you will work closely with the Head of IT and project teams to contribute to the implementation of standardized IT delivery processes across the project lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the implementation of the DORA project
  • Support in standardizing IT delivery processes
  • Prepare and update IT Governance documents
  • Get in touch with a wide range of technologies and business processes

Your Background

  • Enrolled master student with ongoing program at University (University / FH)
  • Solid IT background (e.g. Bachelor of Business Informatics)
  • Interest in gaining deeper understanding of Asset & Wealth Management business
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to think outside of the box
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, SQL is a plus
  • Your organizational talent to coordinate different tasks and smaller initiatives
  • Strong communication skills and adapt quickly to new challenges
  • Passion for teamwork and continuous learning
  • Curious, believing in a growth mindset and treating all people with respect
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
