About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Specialist to join our team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH. As a Technical Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our customers, helping them to get the most value out of our software intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to product inquiries and provide assistance to customers via chat, email, web conference, and phone.
  • Provide customers with 'micro consulting' engagements to help them troubleshoot and optimize their Dynatrace deployment.
  • Triage, diagnose, and provide solutions to complex configuration issues with Dynatrace solutions.
  • Perform customer environment health checks and provide recommendations to improve value realization of Dynatrace.
  • Identify potential growth and retention opportunities within customer chat conversations.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure excellent customer experience is being delivered.
  • Mentor other Product specialists and contribute to projects focused on improving key processes.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of work experience.
  • Familiarity with cloud/new stack technologies, web and application server technologies, server/server-side technologies, mobile application technologies, and database design.
  • Exceptional corporate presentation and relationship-building skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and any other EMEA languages highly valued.
  • Dynatrace Professional Certification (obtained within 180 days if hired externally).
  • Pursuing industry-level certification.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and resolve complex technical issues.
