**About the job**

This role reports directly to the Global Head of Total Rewards and is located in Vienna. As a Global Mobility Specialist, you will be managing international employee assignments, providing streamlined solutions for quick relocations and acting as strategic RHI Magnesita business partner. You will own, define, and implement the global mobility related strategy, policy, guidelines and processes. In this role you will also be responsible for selecting external global service providers and ensuring effective cooperation with them.

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Delivering day-to-day operational activities in relation to moving assignees abroad
- Preparing cost projections for assignments for senior leadership's approval
- Advising and supporting the People & Culture team and the business in all cross-border related work arrangements
- Improving and developing digital tools within the global mobility environment along with system-based governance.

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education & Skills**
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar
- A specialization in fields like Administration, Human Resources, Global Mobility or similar is desirable

**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- German - Advanced (considered an asset)

**Work Experience**
- Several years of relevant working experience in a similar role

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 50.000,00 on a 30 hours per week basis, depending on your qualification, experience and level of seniority.
