Our Global Operations Team requires an experienced Assistant to support operational and organizational matters. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Global Operations Team in various tasks.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation independently.
  • Coordinating travel, meetings, and events for executives and management.
  • Crafting and optimizing administrative processes for the Global Operations division.
  • Maintaining communication with internal and external partners at an international level.
  • Ensuring a smooth flow of information within the Global Operations Team region.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong commercial education or comparable qualification, accompanied by first work experience in a similar assistant position. Ideal candidates possess excellent organizational skills, proficiency in English and German, and experience handling MS Office software. The ability to work in a team, maintain discretion, and exhibit a high degree of initiative is also essential.
