At Emarsys, we're seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our Total Rewards strategy and ensuring its successful implementation.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Total Rewards Lead and People Team to design and deliver innovative Total Rewards solutions that drive employee engagement and retention.
- Assist in the preparation of our Annual Compensation Review, ensuring it aligns with our strategic objectives and business requirements.
- Provide expert support for our Annual Variable Pay Program, working closely with our Commission Team and Global People Ops.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our employee benefits globally, creating effective benefit communications to engage our workforce.
- Conduct thorough analyses of best practices and create tailored Total Rewards solutions that meet our business needs, in close collaboration with regional People Business Partners and Talent Development.
- Consult with regional People Business Partners on Total Rewards case-by-case decisions, ensuring consistency and alignment with our overall strategy.
- Support our team in addressing Total Rewards and compensation-related questions, focusing on delivering exceptional user experience and performance culture.
Reporting and Analysis
- Develop and maintain accurate reports, monitoring key Total Rewards metrics to inform our strategic decisions.
- Contribute to our annual compensation planning cycle, providing pre- and post-ACR analysis to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Continuously optimize and automate our Total Rewards processes and reporting, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Guidelines and Administrative Tasks
- Ensure the accuracy and currency of our Global Job Architecture and salary ranges, reflecting changes and updates as needed.
- Oversee the maintenance of Total Rewards information on SharePoints, ensuring it supports our Emarsys TR Strategy and is accessible to multiple stakeholders.
- Support Global People Operations with reporting and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
Your Profile
- University degree in business administration, ideally with a specialization in HRM, and 3-4 years of equivalent experience in an international company in HR and/or Total Rewards.
- Proven experience with Rewards Integration and Stakeholder Management, with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of responsibility and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of system interrelationships and a high level of service orientation, with solid organizational skills.
- Knowledge and interest in software operation and HR controlling, with experience with HR or Finance Tools such as Success Factors or QlikView being an advantage.
- Excellent MS-Office skills, particularly in MS Excel, with a strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent English-language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with multiple HR functions, such as Global People Ops, Recruiting, Talent Development, and regional People teams.

Benefits and Compensation
- A competitive annual gross salary starting from EUR 43,078.-- gross/year (38.5 hours/week), plus additional performance-related rewards, depending on your professional qualification and experience.
- 25 days' annual leave and extra days off depending on duration of employment, regular local company events and activities in and outside the office, and 2 Community Impact days per annum.
