About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Total Rewards Consultant to join our team at Emarsys. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing Total Rewards strategies that drive employee engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery and adoption of complex Total Rewards solutions in line with strategic objectives, financial budgets, legislative, and business requirements.
- Prepare the Annual Compensation Review and provide support for the Annual Variable Pay Program.
- Keep track of employee benefits globally and develop benefit communications.
- Assess best practices and create Total Rewards solutions based on business requirements.
- Consult regional People Business Partners for TR case-by-case decisions.
- Support TR and compensation-related questions with a focus on best user experience and performance culture.
Reporting & TR Analysis:
- Creation of reports and monitoring of TR key figures.
- Contribution to the annual compensation planning cycle with pre- and post-ACR-analysis.
- Working on continuous optimization and automatization of processes as well as TR reporting.
Guidelines & Administrative Tasks:
- Responsibility to keep changes of the Global Job Architecture and its salary ranges up-to-date.
- Ensure the TR information on SharePoints for multiple stakeholders supports the Emarsys TR Strategy.
- Support Global People Operations with reporting and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- University degree in business administration (ideally with specialization in HRM) and 3-4 years of equivalent experience in an international company in HR and/or TR function.
- Experience with Rewards Integration and Stakeholder Management.
- Great at working with numbers and highly responsible personality.
- Analytical and precise working style.
- Good understanding for system interrelationships as well as high service orientation and solid organizational skills.
- Knowledge and interest in software operation and HR controlling.
- Experience with different HR or Finance Tools such as Success Factors or QlikView serves as an advantage.
- Excellent MS-Office knowledge esp. MS Excel.
- Excellent English-language skills.
