Job Requirements and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Business HR Specialist to join our team at Iventa. The Human Management Group. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in all administrative matters, including applicant management, payroll accounting, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Applicant Management: You will be responsible for managing the applicant process, including reviewing and processing applications, conducting interviews, and making recommendations for hire.
  • Payroll Accounting: You will assist with the preparation and processing of payrolls, including ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Contract Administration: You will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating employment contracts, as well as maintaining accurate records of employee contracts and benefits.


Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • Completed vocational education or ongoing studies with HR focus
  • First professional experience in a comparable role
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Open personality with good communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliability and ability to work independently
