HR Technology Specialist

Erste Group Bank AG is seeking a highly skilled HR Technology Specialist to join our team. As an HR Technology Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for HR technology, aligning it with business objectives and future needs
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption
  • Champion the integration of AI solutions into HR processes, from recruitment to performance management
  • Enhance the employee experience by ensuring intuitive, user-friendly interfaces across all HR systems
  • Collaborate with vendors to optimize existing solutions and explore new partnerships, active stakeholder management
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness of data within an organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Proven experience in HR technology implementation and optimization
  • Strong understanding of generative AI, machine learning, and data quality, data analytics would be a plus
  • Experience with data quality tools and data profiling is essential
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Salary and Benefits

  • The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 48,323.-- gross per year
