Your Mission as Global Event Strategist

You will be responsible for finding suitable events and negotiating conditions for our participation, liaising with event organizers, and ensuring smooth execution of events. Organize all promotional material and assets for the event and compile content during the event. Coordinate with speakers and control the quality of the pitch and performance.

Your Profile Must-Haves
  • 1+ years experience in event and/or project management.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication skills, commitment, and reliability.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Structured and professional work ethics.
Bonus Points for
  • Good knowledge of the German or any additional language skills.
  • Previous experience in the B2B sector.
  • Strong ties to the supply chain space.
