Supply Chain Rollout Specialist

Your Mission as Supply Chain Rollout SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Rollout Specialist to oversee the implementation and onboarding of our supply chain risk management solutions for customers. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Guaranteeing a successful rollout of supply chain risk management solutions for customers
- Maintaining data quality and resolving discrepancies as they arise
- Tracking onboarding status and implementation requirements and communicating results to stakeholders
- Collaborating closely with Customer Success to ensure customer happiness and rapid onboarding timelines
- Continuously improving the implementation process to ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth handover to the Customer Success team post-implementation
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Very good Excel skills and ability to work with various technologies and online platforms
- Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to diverse work environments
- Familiarity or willingness to work in a high-paced start-up environment
- Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken
- A valid work permit for Austria
Bonus points for:
- Experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., customer success, onboarding, or project management) or with SaaS & digital solutions
- Completed higher education (HAK, HTL, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent)
- Previous experience in technical industry, procurement industry, or supply chain environment
- Previous experience or exposure with EUDR or similar deforestation regulations
