Your Mission

We are seeking a skilled Project Assistant (f/m/d) who will join our Data Management team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients in setting up and implementing their environments on our platform
  • Maintaining data quality, resolving discrepancies, and identifying potential root causes
  • Ensuring all projects are initiated, followed through, and completed accurately and on time
  • Supporting continuous improvements in data quality and contributing to meaningful progress
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree, HAK, HTL, or equivalent in a related field
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate and analyse problems from multiple angles
  • Strong research, collaboration, and organisational skills
  • Professional-level English language skills, both written and spoken
  • A valid work permit for Austria

Bonus points will be awarded for:

  • Experience working with international trade data
  • Background in logistics or a basic understanding of supply chains
  • Experience with data quality operations, including data profiling, discovery, and root cause analysis
