Global Supply Chain Operations Specialist with Pharmaceutical Expertise

About the Role:
">- We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our Central North Europe Cluster team.
Job Description:
This is a remote role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to create productive relationships with different stakeholders and customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations for our Third-Party Logistics Providers (3PLs), monitoring interface transactions, and performing root cause analysis of SAP issues. Additionally, they will support operational responsibility for all logistics-related tasks, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory reconciliation, stock adjustments, batch management, temperature excursions, damaged goods, and late deliveries.
The ideal candidate will have an Engineer, Business, or Supply Chain Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in Supply Chain and/or Customer Services, preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry. They should also have high flexibility to support the team in different areas, knowledge of Supply Chain environment, and the ability to learn quickly.

Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain.
- Relevant experience in Supply Chain and/or Customer Services.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain environment and IT tools like Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
