We continue to develop processes for forecast and material requirements planning using digitized and cross-company planning approaches. We work closely with production and VAS companies to manage the supply chain, ensuring its stability with minimal buffer stocks and high service levels.
Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €65,000 - €80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled candidate to work with internal client cross-functional teams, including IT and business stakeholders as well as external service providers. As a Global Supply Chain Optimization Specialist, you will participate in solution/technical design and collaborate closely with architects and program owners in the global supply chain team and related functions to build datasets according to the solution design.
You will utilize mathematical models, predictive methods, statistical techniques, optimization algorithms, and simulations to analyze, manipulate, and interpret large enterprise data. Your primary goal will be to provide business insights and data visualization to support decision-making processes.
In this role, you will analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations, utilizing various Business Intelligence (BI) tools and techniques to transform and visualize data. You will also create and execute test-cases, document issues, and assist with Super User and End User training for a global user base.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of work experience or projects in supply chain management and experience implementing or administering supply chain planning solutions.
Candidates should possess basic knowledge of databases and one or more programming languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or similar. Knowledge of SAP Supply Chain Modules, ABAP, and Python is preferred.
