About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Management Specialist to join our team at Otis. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for supporting the operational and strategic procurement of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, business administration, or engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
