Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to support the onboarding and successful rollout of our supply chain risk management solutions for customers. As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the implementation and onboarding of supply chain risk management solutions, ensuring a successful rollout for customers
  • Monitoring and ensuring data quality, resolving discrepancies as they arise
  • Keeping track of onboarding status and implementation requirements, communicating results to stakeholders
  • Collaborating closely with Customer Success to ensure customer happiness and rapid onboarding timelines
  • Continuously improving the implementation process, ensuring customer satisfaction and a smooth handover to the Customer Success team post-implementation
Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Very good Excel skills, tech-savviness, and ability to work with various technologies and online platforms
  • Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to diverse work environments
  • Familiarity or willingness to work in a high-paced start-up environment
  • Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken
  • A valid work permit for Austria
