Your Mission

As a Supply Chain Risk Management Specialist at Prewave GmbH, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing global and customer-specific supply chains to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Conducting research on human rights issues and sustainability practices in supply chains
  • Ensuring compliance with supply chain legislations and regulations
  • Studying commodity markets and flows of goods to inform risk assessment and mitigation strategies
  • Contributing innovative ideas to enhance our risk assessment capabilities and develop new solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve supply chain resilience
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform our analytical approaches
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, International Relations, Human Rights, Policy Studies, or related fields
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain management, international relations, consulting, investigative journalism, policy-making, or human rights
  • Strong research skills and ability to analyze complex data
  • Basic proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Excel
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • A valid work permit for Austria

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with writing SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data
  • Understanding of international trade classification systems such as HS and ISIC
  • Proficiency in multiple international languages
