Your Mission

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in our Finance team, working closely with the centralized Finance team in Vienna to ensure the financial success of our operations.

Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to optimize financial outcomes.

You will partner with the Finance Director and department heads to develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems, and communicate key financial and operational performance indicators to the management team for key decisions.

You will also develop and implement robust finance processes and policies that align with the evolving needs of our rapidly growing business, actively communicate key risks and opportunities, and propose new approaches.

Additionally, you will collaborate with the management team to develop plans for maximizing profitability, reducing costs, and increasing revenue, lead annual and quarterly budget and forecast exercises with all departments, and track performance against budget.

You will also develop financial models and forecasts to guide long-term planning, perform and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, and improve month-end close to enable timely reporting of results.

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly experienced Finance Business Partner with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, and a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.

You should have demonstrated expertise in business planning, financial planning, and analysis, and be proficient in English, both written and verbal.

You should also have exceptional communication skills, capable of creating clear presentations and conveying complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders, and be able to work with strategic concepts that can propel the company forward or alter its strategic direction.

As a facilitator of finance within the business, you should ensure that all levels understand how to generate value, and have a valid work permit for the EU.

We are looking for candidates with well-rounded accounting experience in a fast-growth scale-up, and having worked with SaaS businesses in the past is a plus.
