Your Mission

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in scaling our performance reporting and ensuring the financial success of our operations. You will work closely with our centralized Finance team in Vienna to monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to optimize financial outcomes.

Our Finance team is known for its 'partner-first' approach, creating strong communication loops with the wider business to minimize bottlenecks and ensure efficient decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Finance Director and department heads to develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems.
  • Monitor, analyze, and communicate key financial and operational performance indicators to the management team for key decisions.
  • Develop and implement robust finance processes and policies that align with the evolving needs of our rapidly growing business.
  • Actively communicate key risks and opportunities, proposing new approaches.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop plans for maximizing profitability, reducing costs, and increasing revenue.
  • Lead annual and quarterly budget and forecast exercises with all departments and track performance against budget.
  • Develop financial models and forecasts to guide long-term planning.
  • Perform and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Improve month-end close to enable timely reporting of results.
  • Support the roll-out of the Accounting ERP system and other finance tooling.
Your Profile

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Business Partner with a strong background in finance, preferably with 7-8 years of experience working with dedicated FP&A teams in corporates or consulting environments.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of creating clear presentations and conveying complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with strategic concepts that can propel the company forward or alter its strategic direction.
  • Recognized as an excellent communicator and facilitator of finance within the business.
  • Valid work permit for the EU.
