Your Mission

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team in Vienna. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in scaling our performance reporting and ensuring the financial success of our operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with the Finance Director and department heads to develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and communicating key financial and operational performance indicators to the management team.
  • Developing and implementing robust finance processes and policies that align with our rapidly growing business needs.
  • Actively communicating key risks and opportunities, proposing new approaches.
  • Collaborating with the management team to develop plans for maximizing profitability, reducing costs, and increasing revenue.
  • Leading annual and quarterly budget and forecast exercises with all departments and tracking performance against budget.
  • Developing financial models and forecasts to guide long-term planning.
  • Performing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Improving month-end close to enable timely reporting of results.
  • Supporting the roll-out of the Accounting ERP system and other finance tooling.
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner with:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in finance, with a minimum of 7-8 years working with dedicated FP&A teams in corporates or consulting environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business planning, financial planning, and analysis.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of creating clear presentations and conveying complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with strategic concepts that can propel the company forward or alter its strategic direction.
  • Recognized as an excellent communicator.
  • Acts as a facilitator of finance within the business, ensuring all levels understand how to generate value.
  • Valid work permit for the EU.
