Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior HR Business Partner, der sich auf die Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitern in allen relevanten HR-Themen spezialisiert hat.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Proaktive Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitern in HR-Themen
  • Verantwortung für die administrativen Prozesse und die Pflege des HR-Systems
  • Weiterentwicklung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von HR-Prozessen, Standards und Richtlinien
  • Kommunikation von HR-Themen in den betreuten Teams
  • Vorbereitung der Payroll und Funktion als Schnittstelle zwischen externem Payroll-Anbieter und Finance
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisationsentwicklung und bei Veränderungsprozessen
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit HR-Spezialisierung
  • Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer generalistischen HR-Manager-Funktion
  • Hohe Beratungskompetenz, Verhandlungsgeschick und Lösungsorientierung
  • Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, prozesshafte Denkweise und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im österreichischen Arbeits- und Kollektivvertragsrecht
  • Ausgezeichnete Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Begeisterung für Personalthemen und HR-Prozesse
