About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations & Processes Business Analyst to join our team at Vienna Insurance Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for supporting the installation and enhancement of our Group-wide SAP systems, participating in the S/4 Hana Transformation, and coordinating requests related to finance.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support the installation and enhancement of our Group-wide SAP systems, including FPSL, New GL, BW, SEM-BCS, and other related systems.
  • Participate in the S/4 Hana Transformation on the business side, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Coordinate and describe requests related to finance, providing support throughout the request life cycle, from requisition note to acceptance testing.
  • Support and lead Group companies through Group reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Liaise with various specialist departments, including IT and finance, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to various finance-related projects, with a focus on SAP, and ensure the successful implementation of new systems and processes.
  • Develop and maintain user acceptance tests (UATs) and related documentation, ensuring the effective implementation of new systems and processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in finance and SAP systems. You should have a relevant degree in business informatics, finance, or accounting, and relevant professional experience as an interface function between business and IT.

You should have a strong understanding of SAP systems, ideally with S/4 Hana, and excellent communication and teamwork skills in an international working environment. You should be reliable, able to work under pressure, and have a high level of independence and responsibility.

Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of German is an advantage but not a requirement.
