About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations & Processes Business Analyst to join our team at Vienna Insurance Group. As a key member of our Group Finance & Regulatory Reporting team, you will play a critical role in supporting and leading Group companies through the IFRS 17 Group reporting process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and lead Group companies through the IFRS 17 Group reporting process
  • Analyze and assess specialized topics within the scope of IFRS 17 reporting to the Group
  • Support VIG insurance companies with the application of SAP FPSL as a Group-wide IFRS 17 subledger
  • Ongoing process optimization and identifying corresponding potential for further enhancement
  • Liaise with various specialist departments and finance-related projects
  • Plan and implement trainings and knowledge transfer focused on SAP FPSL within the VIG Group
  • Contact person for internal departments and our VIG insurance companies
About the Department

Our Group Finance & Regulatory Reporting team is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of financial information to regulatory bodies and stakeholders. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with various departments and projects to ensure the successful implementation of IFRS 17 and SAP FPSL.

Requirements
  • Relevant, completed degree
  • Professional experience in the financial services or insurance sector, as well as IFRS 17 knowledge is an advantage
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills in an international working environment
  • Reliability and high ability to work under pressure as well as an independent and responsible approach
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English; knowledge of German is an advantage but not a requirement

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a monthly minimum salary of EUR 3,138.19 gross based on full-time employment (37.5 hours/week).
