Position: Financial Operations Specialist
We are looking for a full-time and highly competent Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will manage all financial activities across Europe, collaborating closely with the Director of Operations and the central finance team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial transactions within Europe.
- Review and manage expense reports for accurate bookkeeping.
- Reconcile accounts payable to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process payroll for offices across multiple European countries.
- Maintain the integrity of financial records in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Facilitate effective communication between our organization and external accounting partners.
- Assist in tax preparation, audits, and resolving any discrepancies in accounting.
- Implement financial and inventory management protocols.
- Generate comprehensive financial reports and documentation.
- Contribute to the improvement of financial processes within our organization.
Additional Duties:

- Experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications.

- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in professional English and a working knowledge of German (B2 level).
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial management.
