Job Description

At T-Systems International, we are seeking a highly skilled Application Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Application Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of Linux and Windows-based applications and middlewares.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and operation of Linux and Windows-based applications and middlewares
  • Troubleshooting of network problems and participation in network-specific customer projects
  • Proactive optimization of the application landscape
  • Analysis and troubleshooting of application issues in collaboration with software vendors and developers
  • Documented application landscape
  • Ensuring system availability

Requirements:

  • Completed education in computer science or equivalent experience in the IT field or network field with at least 5 years of experience
  • Deep knowledge of Linux/Windows operating systems
  • Extensive knowledge of application operations and network/firewall operation
