Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to join our team at DS Smith. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our users, ensuring the smooth operation of our Kiwiplan software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, implementation, testing, optimization, and ensuring the operation of Kiwiplan Enterprise Sales Processing (ESP-Sales), Quote Management, Order Management, Invoice Processing, and Definition and Implementation of Interfaces.
  • Supporting user access rights and ensuring that users have the necessary permissions to perform their tasks.
  • Supporting Kiwiplan-Plants by analyzing, processing, and coordinating process support issues, and implementing new modules and parameterization in Kiwiplan.
  • Leading Kiwiplan Roll-Outs by analyzing existing processes, consulting on process changes, implementing new software/modules, and supporting implementation of interfaces.
  • Providing Application and Process Support by creating and maintaining process documentation and dealing with IT-Now (GSN) Tickets in the Service Desk System.

Requirements:

  • Technical know-how and business-and-process management education.
  • Advanced knowledge in logistics processes and profound IT knowledge.
  • Structured and solution-oriented practices, English knowledge in spoken and written, and ability to work in a team.
  • Impartation of knowledge and willingness to travel up to 30%.
