We are seeking a talented Support Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our support operation, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the seamless functioning of our IT systems.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level support for internal and external customers, utilizing your technical expertise to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate incident resolution in our IT Service Management (ITSM) tool, ensuring timely and effective issue escalation when necessary.
  • Monitor IT systems infrastructure, proactively identifying potential issues to prevent downtime.
  • Offer remote technical assistance to system users, providing personalized support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to achieve shared objectives and enhance overall performance.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with LAN and WAN fundamentals, as well as PC component diagnostics.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet business demands.
  • A strong team player with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Fluency in German and English, with French language skills an asset.
