Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Magna. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal customers and resolving incidents and requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to internal customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Responsible for incident and request management in 1st and 2nd level support
  • Support in the software and hardware area, including Windows 10, O365, smartphones, notebooks, and Linux workstations
  • Analysis, classification, and processing of incoming requests
  • Collaboration in the support and operation of the network and server infrastructure
  • Independent solution of complex malfunctions and requirements in the responsible department

Requirements

  • Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable training or experience
  • Several years of professional experience as IT Support staff or IT System Administrator
  • Very good knowledge in 1st and 2nd level support (hardware and software)
  • Very good knowledge in Windows operating systems and PC client management
  • Basic knowledge in the area of network administration and Windows servers
  • Agile, independent way of thinking and working
  • High level of commitment and organizational skills
  • Strong user and service orientation
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken

The annual remuneration package for this position is a minimum of EUR 38,000, with corresponding qualification. We offer attractive benefits, such as a discretionary performance bonus and employee profit participation program, and a salary that is in line with market conditions depending on your skills and experience.

Regular travel: 5-10% of the time.
