About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Management Specialist to join our team at PXP Financial. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing cash and liquidity, ensuring fit-for-purpose processes, controls, and reporting are in place and maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight, control, analysis, and management of cash and liquidity.
  • Ensure appropriate client money processes, controls, reconciliations, and reporting are in place and maintained, and that all relevant regulatory requirements are met.
  • Actively manage the Group's foreign exchange exposures, and target a reduction in FX conversion costs.
  • Assist in managing the outsourced accounting relationships for overseas subsidiaries.
  • Ensure appropriate controls are in place to support straight-through, automated payments.
  • Work with the finance team to develop robust, timely, and accurate cash flow forecasts.
  • Support the process to ensure the books are closed each month in line with Group requirements and that accounting entries are complete and accurate.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting/analysis to stakeholders.
  • Prepare FCA and other regulatory returns.
