We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our Enterprise Customer Success team and contribute to our exciting journey.

Your Mission

As our Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Onboarding clients and guiding them through the implementation process for a seamless experience.
  • Accompanying clients through Proof-of-Concept projects and ensuring they have a positive and successful experience with Prewave.
  • Creating an exceptional customer experience by training users, sharing best practices, and optimizing customer use to their needs.
  • Presenting the capabilities of our product to clients, creating opportunities for upselling and growing our bottom line.
  • Communicating with clients, understanding their requirements, setting up project plans, and presenting results.
  • Representing the clients' best interests in the company, communicating their inputs with the technical team, and helping to improve our product to reflect customer needs.
  • Monitoring multiple projects simultaneously, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, managing enterprise-level client portfolios.
  • Tech-savviness and ability to work with various technologies and online platforms.
  • Familiarity or willingness to work in a high-paced start-up environment.
  • Initial experience with project management.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • A valid work permit for Austria.
  • Fluent English skills and an additional language (either French, Italian, or Portuguese).

We value candidates with:

  • Fluent German skills.
  • Completed higher education (HAK, HTL, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in the technical industry or environment.
  • Previous experience or exposure to the supply chain environment.
  • Previous experience in the procurement industry or environment.
