Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten- Kundenbetreuung: Du berätst unsere Kunden zur optimalen Nutzung unserer Softwareprodukte und unterstützt bei der Digitalisierung ihrer Geschäftsprozesse.
- After-Sales-Tätigkeiten: Du führst Produktschulungen durch und betreibst proaktives Kundenmanagement (Vor-Ort-Termine, Ansprechpartner, Projekt-Support).
- Kundenbindung: Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und ihren Ansprechpartnern.
