Customer Success Manager

At Dynatrace, we're on a mission to make software work perfectly. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their goals and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Accelerate customer adoption of Dynatrace's SaaS/Managed product portfolio through technical enablement and usage training.
- Develop and execute renewal strategies to ensure on-time renewals and account growth.
- Identify new business growth opportunities and build Dynatrace brand awareness and loyalty in assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive account growth and defend against competition.
- Act as a customer advocate and liaison to become a trusted advisor.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success.
- Hands-on experience within a SaaS business with an understanding of key business drivers and KPIs.
- Strong business acumen and commercial outlook with a good conceptual understanding of IT operations processes and best practices.
- Excellent English and Arabic language skills.
- Solid technical understanding of cloud, new stack, and application performance technology.
