Customer Success Manager

Besondere Herausforderung für dich: Du bist auf der Suche nach einer anspruchsvollen Rolle, in der du den Kunden an erster Stelle hast und dessen Erfolg gemeinsam mit dem Team steuerst. Bei Solakon GmbH bist du als Customer Success Manager der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und unterstützt sie bei diversen Fragestellungen. Du zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Serviceorientierung aus und lässt dich auch bei Problemen nicht so leicht aus der Ruhe bringen.
Aufgaben: Als Teil des Customer Success Teams bist du verantwortlich für die Lösung von Kundenanfragen, Bestandskundenmanagement, Pre- und After-Sales sowie Kundenfeedbackanalyse. Du hast die Möglichkeit, deine technischen Kenntnisse zu vertiefen und unsere Kunden mit passenden Produkten zu unterstützen.
Du bist ideal für uns geeignet, wenn: Du technische Affinität und Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt besitzt, Kundenorientierung und -bindung verstehst und dich für Problemlösungsfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke einteilst.
