GTT Communications, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Director to join our team in DACH. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth across our strategic client base.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experience and deliver value to our clients through proactive engagement, issue resolution, and upsell opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute customized account plans to drive customer growth and retention
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, identifying opportunities to enhance their GTT experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and implement process improvements
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights, informing business decisions and strategy
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their priorities and challenges to provide tailored solutions

**Requirements:**

  • Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention in a B2B environment
