Business Development Director for Key Accounts

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead our sales team in developing long-term business relationships with key accounts. As a senior member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.

About the Role

As a Business Development Director, you will be accountable for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales goals and expand our customer base. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development and sales leadership, with experience working with large, complex accounts. They will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals and expand our customer base
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence in the market
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive business results
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development and sales leadership
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Experience working with large, complex accounts

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: €120,000 - €150,000 per year
  • Bonus structure: 20% of annual salary
