Senior Marketing Director for Global Business Development

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Director to lead our global business development efforts at Dr. Pendl & Dr. Piswanger, a pioneering company delivering innovative control centre solutions.
Job OverviewThis is a high-profile position that requires a seasoned marketing leader with a proven track record in developing and executing strategic plans to drive business success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth initiatives, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business expansion and revenue growth
- Lead the development of integrated campaign concepts and oversee their execution across multiple regions
- Manage projects related to digitalization, event concepts, website, social media activities, and more to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
- Serve as a sparring partner for our content team, providing guidance on creative and effective storytelling
- Collaborate with a diverse and motivated international team, working across multiple time zones to achieve shared goals
- Interface between subsidiary organizations and headquarters to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Oversee global and regional marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI
- University degree in Marketing/Communications/Sales or a related field (Master's preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior B2B and/or B2G marketing leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing budgets, with a focus on driving business results
- Excellent English skills, with additional languages a plus, enabling effective communication with global stakeholders
- Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise messages
- Ability to travel globally, communicate effectively with Business Unit Vice Presidents and Regional Managing Directors, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Estimated Salary Range:The estimated annual salary for this role is €120,000 - €180,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. This includes a base salary of €100,000, plus performance-based bonuses and benefits.
