Your Role

As a Business Development Manager at Interactive Paper, you will be responsible for selling and managing various advertising campaigns with top international clients, including Samsung, Pfizer, Ford, Oracle, and EY. You will work closely with marketing directors to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers in the marketing sector. Build strong relationships with potential clients to drive business growth.
  • Customer Management: Support and develop key accounts to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals. Analyze market trends and competitive activities to stay ahead.
  • Consultation: Advise clients on the best ways to use our interactive paper solutions to achieve their marketing objectives.
  • Management: Coordinate internal teams and resources to ensure campaigns are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Native-Level English: Fluency in English is essential for high-level professional communication with international clients.
  • Professional Experience: Several years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the marketing or media sector.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills are required to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Educational Background: Studies or current enrollment in economics, business, communication, marketing, or a comparable field.

We Offer

  • A highly competitive total compensation package ranging from €50,000 to €80,000 annually, depending on performance.
  • A full-time position with an annual base salary of €40,000 to €55,000, ensuring financial stability and growth.
  • A bonus structure offering up to €20,000 per year in commissions, rewarding your personal achievements.
  • A team bonus of up to €15,000 per year, fostering a collaborative and rewarding work environment.
