Senior Sales Director for Austrian Market

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our Austrian B2B team and drive growth in the region. This is a unique opportunity to work with a global organization, leveraging your skills to shape the future of sales in Austria.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B sales leadership, with experience in driving revenue growth and exceeding targets. They will be able to inspire and develop their team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing data-driven sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Austria.
- Taking ownership of budget and target setting, ensuring the team achieves key sales objectives.
- Collaborating closely with the international sales team and other EasyPark functions to share best practices and drive success.
- Maintaining a strong sales culture that aligns with EasyPark's values: Be Curious, Play together, Inch by Inch.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Proven success in B2B sales leadership, with a strong record of driving growth and exceeding sales targets.
- People leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, develop, and coach their team to success.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales strategy and decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and humble approach.
- Fluent in both German and English.
