About this role:

As our Marketing Director for Austria, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative and engaging marketing strategies seen by millions. This role involves leading a marketing team and overseeing the overall marketing plan for Austria, focusing on amplifying brand performance and driving business growth.

About the role:

  • Manage a team of local marketing representatives who will help develop and implement local marketing strategies in Austria, driving increased brand awareness, brand preference, and loyalty, as well as driving business impact on orders, frequency, and new customers.
  • Oversee and drive the ATL media plan and budget in Austria.
  • Ensure the successful execution of global campaigns and partnerships in the Austrian market, providing local insights to the central Brand, Performance, Retention, and Partner teams.
  • Advise senior central Marketing management on strategic decisions for Brand, Performance, Retention, and Partner/Partnership teams regarding the Austrian market.
  • Communicate local market feedback to inform the overall JET's Global Marketing strategy.

Requirements:

  • Academic degree in Management, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive marketing experience combined with experience in people management and managing a cross-functional marketing team.
  • Experience in the development and execution of Brand Campaign strategy.
  • Experience in managing a complex media budget.
  • Knowledge of the development and execution of data-driven marketing campaigns and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a range of stakeholders.
  • German and English language skills (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
