Restaurant and Partnerships Marketing Lead for Wolt Austria

Some of Wolt's products include Wolt+ (subscription service for customers), Wolt for Work (meal benefits and office deliveries for companies), Wolt Drive (fast last-mile deliveries for merchants) and Wolt Self-Delivery (service for merchant partners with their own delivery staff).
About the RoleWe are looking for a commercially driven marketer with an analytical mind to join our team as Restaurant and Partnerships Marketing Lead for Wolt Austria. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing the restaurant partnership marketing strategy for Austria.
Your primary goal will be to drive the growth of our core restaurant vertical in Austria. You will work closely with our Country Management team and commercial organization to meet country-specific and regional growth targets for restaurants.
You will design and execute joint marketing campaigns with our restaurant partners to increase visibility and drive mutual growth in the market. Additionally, you will develop annual joint marketing plans on a regional level and own the development on a local level, aligning within the regional Rx and partnership team.
You will participate in C-level merchant meetings with sales/Key Account Management teams and lead the marketing discussions. Furthermore, you will execute integrated co-marketing campaigns from strategy and concept to briefing the planning and operations team and the brand team.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams to align partnership marketing strategies with overall business objectives. You will also own and nurture marketing relationships with big enterprises and other merchants, collaborating with bigger partners in the region to drive projects on a regional level.
You will develop marketing investment packages that fit enterprise, local heroes, and SMB restaurants. Moreover, you will manage day-to-day operations of partner marketing efforts, including promotions, emails, and in-app campaigns. You will act as the marketing counterpart for the commercial teams, overseeing the acquisition and engagement of restaurant partners.
You will customize marketing pitches to new restaurant merchants, analyzing growth potential and proposing mutually beneficial marketing investments to unlock growth. Additionally, you will oversee the vertical budget efficiency and ensure integrated partnership campaigns into holistic plans on a regional level.
You will support Marketing Strategy and Planning teams in city and area expansions, overseeing the creation of marketing materials and promotional content. The role is based in Vienna, Austria, and we offer an attractive base salary starting at €66,172 (40 hours per week). Fluency in English is required.
