We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Team Lead to join our team in Vienna, Austria. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to lead our support team and contribute to delivering exceptional service to our customers.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our support team, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • You will be expected to analyze and optimize our support processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • In this role, you will work closely with our Head of Customer Support to develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and create engaged customers.
  • You will also be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and managing the performance of your team members, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet their targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating what customer-obsessed means and raising the bar for the way we do support at Wolt.
  • Analyze and optimize support processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and create engaged customers.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage the performance of team members.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, understanding and setting their needs and tone of voice.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership experience in sales or customer support.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and analytical tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Fluent German language skills (written and spoken).
  • English as second language.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
