Sales Job OpportunityWe are looking for a Business Development Associate to work with our restaurant and retail partners in Austria. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding venues, ensuring menus are updated, and offering day-to-day support.
This role involves building relationships with our partners, training them on using our systems, and keeping them up to date on any updates. You will also conduct quality and satisfaction checks to ensure our portfolio of restaurants and retail shops reach the highest service standards.
Responsibilities- Onboard new venues into our platform, including contracts, photography, menu setup, and translation.
- Train partners on using our systems and keep them informed about updates.
- Conduct regular quality and satisfaction checks to ensure high service standards.
- Analyze user data to develop our partners' businesses.
- Manage menu content to reflect the Wolt brand.
We offer a competitive salary starting at €32,000 (40h/week), adjusted based on qualifications and experience. You will work in the Vienna region and enjoy benefits such as equal opportunities, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
This is a full-time position that requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills. Fluency in German and English is essential for this role.
