Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Development Specialist to join our team in Vienna, Austria. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving new customer growth and expanding our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive complex sales cycles through effective collaboration with internal teams, including pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing, and sales support.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to establish long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.
  • Develop strategies for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Provide input to product strategy and build partnerships with senior leadership.
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.
About YouBasic Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/ or Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position.
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams to achieve quota and run multiple deals simultaneously.
  • Experience managing 18+ month long sales cycles end-to-end and nurturing relationships throughout.
  • Experience forming strong relationships with key stakeholders at the executive level within both existing and new business units; while sharing Workday value propositions.
Other Qualifications
  • Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape by staying up-to-date with trends and customer needs to effectively position Workday solutions within accounts.
  • Able to quickly establish trust with key stakeholders.
  • Have and able to lead all aspects of the sales cycle with the ability to uncover, qualify, develop, and close new, white-space territories and accounts.
  • Experience partnering with internal team members on account strategies for short- and long-term prospecting and territory management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German & English.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
