Salary and Benefits

The minimum gross salary for this position is EUR 4,157.14. However, we strive to adapt your salary to your range of tasks and profile, offering wages higher than the collective agreement where applicable.

Job Description

As an Enterprise Identity Management Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and managing on-premises Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments.

You will collaborate with business, security, and IT teams to develop and maintain policies and standards for directory services, provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Windows Server and identity management issues, and mentor the infrastructure team on best practices for AD and Entra ID architecture and operations.

You will also ensure licensing compliance and manage enterprise software agreements, work with other IT teams to deliver security-focused solutions, and maintain a reliable infrastructure.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, with 7-10 years of enterprise IT experience.
  • Strong expertise in Active Directory and Windows Server administration, including cloud platforms (Azure, VMware, Nutanix).
  • Proficiency in authentication technologies like Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, and OAuth, plus automation and scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell).
  • Experience managing enterprise infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, and cloud) and understanding of disaster recovery practices.
  • Strong strategic planning with experience in setting goals and mentoring teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical abilities, and communication skills to collaborate across teams.
