Sales Representative with IT Expertise Wanted for DACH Market

Job Overview
We have a newly created position for a German Speaking Sales Development Representative to join our team selling into the DACH region. The Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for the Strategic field sales organization.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting Global Accounts in the DACH market by identifying areas of growth and expansion opportunities within these accounts.
- Developing an understanding of the customer's usage of Dynatrace, business issues, and other relevant information.
- Creating comprehensive account profiles to support expansion efforts.
- Executing multi-channel outbound programs to increase attendance at upcoming events, webinars, and to create broad awareness of the Dynatrace platform to target audiences.
Requirements:
- A high level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, cold calling experience.
- Experience working with senior IT Management, e.g., CTO, CIO, Directors of IT Operations, Directors of Infrastructure, Directors of Application support, Cloud Architects.
- Understanding of IT or DevSecOps management solutions a plus.
