Role Overview
In partnership with a renowned Asian company in the semiconductor sector, we seek an Inside Sales Representative to build strong relationships and deliver top-notch service in this fast-paced industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for 2-3 key semiconductor clients, fostering rapport and long-term partnerships.
- Handle inside sales activities remotely, including client communication, order management, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored solutions and support.
- Travel for in-person client visits to strengthen partnerships and address specific business needs.
- Effectively communicate product information, technical solutions, and updates while working with technical and sales teams to meet client expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and monitor sales performance, seeking opportunities to drive additional value.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry, with a strong understanding of how semiconductors are crafted.
- Strong technical knowledge and client relationship management skills.
- Proactive and independent working style, with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to travel to Austria once every 1-2 months.
- Fluency in German and English is essential.
