About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Medtronic Österreich GmbH. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, including medical professionals, hospital directors, and purchasing managers in Austria.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to ensure our products and services remain competitive.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of medical devices and technologies, as well as their applications and benefits.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
