Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Finance Strategist to join our finance team. This role will involve working closely with the centralized finance team in Vienna to ensure financial success.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance, with a strong background in business planning, financial planning, and analysis. They should be proficient in English, possess exceptional communication skills, and be able to work with strategic concepts.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Finance Director to develop performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems
  • Monitor, analyze, and communicate key financial and operational performance indicators to the management team
  • Develop and implement robust finance processes and policies aligned with the company's growth
  • Actively communicate key risks and opportunities, proposing new approaches
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in finance, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in business planning, financial planning, and analysis
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work with strategic concepts
